Refund information

CanvasGlobe does not maintain a separate seller refund policy or make an additional refund promise. Online purchases are processed by Kelviq as the Merchant of Record. The refund terms displayed at checkout and the Kelviq Buyer Terms control the refund process, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

As of September 14, 2026, Kelviq's Buyer Terms state that the default refund window for digital products is 30 days from purchase unless a different policy is displayed at checkout. Always review the checkout disclosure and current Buyer Terms before paying because Kelviq may update them.

Requesting a refund

Use the Kelviq customer portal for your order or email [email protected]. You may also contact [email protected] for product help or assistance locating the correct order route.

Kelviq decides and processes refunds under its checkout terms and Buyer Terms. An approved refund is normally returned through the original payment method. A refund, reversal, or chargeback may disable the commercial license key and commercial entitlement associated with the order where the applicable terms and law permit it.

Refunding a commercial order does not remove rights you separately receive under GNU GPLv3. Continued use under GPLv3 requires compliance with that license.
