Checkout and service providers
Kelviq is the Merchant of Record for online purchases. Kelviq handles checkout, payment, taxes, receipts, invoices, refunds, and disputes under its own privacy policy and buyer terms. Kelviq may share the buyer and order information needed to fulfill a purchase and support the customer.
The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process network and technical log information to deliver and secure the site under its own terms and privacy documentation.
Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect legal rights, address security or fraud, or complete a transfer of the CanvasGlobe business. Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. The exact period depends on the type of record and applicable requirements.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no email, website, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. These rights may be limited by identity verification, legal recordkeeping duties, disputes, security needs, or other applicable law.
Send requests to [email protected]. Requests about checkout, payment, invoices, or Kelviq's records should also be directed to Kelviq using the contact details in its privacy policy.
International processing and children
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. CanvasGlobe products and checkout are intended for adults and business users, not children. Personal information from children is not knowingly collected.
